Gods Way Is The Only Way

GOD'S WILL:
Here are some articles that I have put together to show some of Gods ways.

There are peculiar storms in the Indian Ocean... typhoons and monsoons. They re peculiar in that they do not move very rapidly. They do not move practically at all from east to west, or north to south; instead, they play around in a circle. F. W. Troy was told by a sea captain that before the navigators understood the characteristics of these storms, if they tried to come out of them, they foundered. "Now," he said, "when we run into a monsoon, we locate its center, and we go around it. By and by we narrow the circle. When we get into the center, we are in a dead calm." This is like God's will. Try to get out of it, and you will find it a destructive force. Get into it, and you are in a calm, and you find it is good, and acceptable, and perfect, as it is so graphically described by the Apostle Paul in the twelfth chapter of the Epistle to the Romans. Abiding, In Christ:

Warren Wiersbe, in his book Be Joyful, has written these words: "All of nature depends on hidden resources. The great trees send their roots down into the earth to draw up water and minerals. Rivers have their sources in the snow-capped mountains. The most important part of a tree is the part you cannot see, the root system, and the most important part of the Christian's life is the part that only God sees. Unless we draw upon the deep resources of God by faith, we fail against the pressures of life."

Idolatry

We have to be careful not to fall into the trap of worshiping other gods. I know a lot of people that say they are Christians, but they don't go to church,regularly never read Gods word, or any of the things Jesus taught us to do. I'm not saying not going to church will send anyone to hell. but we need to hear Gods word. if we wont read about it; we wont watch anything on TV about it.then we don't get the way God wants us to live.So if we think more of our jobs or our house or any thing of this world than we do God ,then it could become an idol to us....Exodus 20:2-4 KJV I am the LORD thy God which have brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. 3-Thou shall have no other Gods before me.>4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven images, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth.. Now while we know God was talking to the Israelites and Moses. this can apply to all of us today. Jesus said the no one commandment was to love the Lord thy God with all thy heart and soul.If we do this the rest will come a lot easier.the Amp Bible reads like this ..........<.Amp Bible>
